Checklist - Incoming Year 2

1.____  Complete most recent Free Application for Federal Student Aid* ( FAFSA) online at www.fafsa.ed.gov .  Application available annually on October 1st.               

2.____  Check your To Do List online via www.my.fsu.edu for outstanding items.  If you have outstanding items, submit them to the College of Medicine Financial Aid Office.

3.____  Report all Outside Scholarships via www.my.fsu.edu

4.____ Submit the FS4U Scholarship application online at  https://fsu.academicworks.com/users/sign_in . (Application available annually in April)

Please be advised, if items 1 and 2 are not completed, there WILL be at least a 2 week DELAY in you receiving your Financial Aid.
