Application Requirements

• Must have completed ACGME approved residency program
• Contact program / fellowship director Dr. Coghill at lee.coghill@leehealth.org
• Submit application via Lee Health Website ( https://www.leehealth.org/careers ) including CV and three letters of recommendation
• Set-up interview - typically during summer of the year prior to start
• Interview - with Lee Health leadership and clinical faculty including current fellow(s)
• Rolling admissions as interviews are completed
