Minimum Requirements:
- CV
- Three (3) letters of recommendation
- Medical School Transcripts
- USMLE transcripts or COMLEX transcripts for all test scores
- Personal Statement
- Medical School Performance Evaluation (MSPE) or Dean's Letter

When accredited, we will accept applications through ERAS .
Additional IMG Application Criteria:
- USMLE step 1/2 (3 optional) pass on first attempt with a score of 220 or higher (3-digit score)
- ECFMG Certification
- Medical Student Rotation or observership experience in US
- US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible for J1 visa
- Graduation date within the past 8 years
The Program does NOT accept or sponsor H-1b visas.
The Florida State University College of Medicine Family Medicine Residency at Gulf Coast Medical Center, Lee Health (Fort Myers) will participate in the NRMP MATCH.
