Application Requirements

• Must have completed ACGME approved residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Contact program / fellowship director Dr. Coghill at lee.coghill@leehealth.org  and attach CV
• Submit application via Lee Health Website ( https://www.leehealth.org/careers )
• Obtain three letters of recommendation and send to Dr. Coghill 
• Set-up interview - typically during summer/fall of the year prior to start
• Interview - with Residency program leadership and potentially current fellow(s) if available
• Rolling admissions as interviews are completed
