Requirements

• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency program prior to the start of the fellowship. 
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP). 
• Valid Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain one prior to starting).  
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications. 
• ALSO (Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics) certification preferred.
