We recognize the needs residents face as they juggle education, patient care, and physical and emotional well-being. Our program is dedicated to fostering a community culture among our program and clinic staff that encourages resilience and a sense of purpose and joy in our work. We create multiple opportunities for our residents to individually and collectively keep their reservoirs as full as possible in order to be ready for the inevitable challenges of life and residency that deplete our wellbeing.
