What do you like about HMSS?

How friendly and helpful everyone is. It's hard to make friends in college and with HMSS, I already have a group of like-minded people who strive academically just like me. It's a friendly and refreshing atmosphere.

Why do you want to go into medicine?

I've always wanted to be a physician ever since I was a little kid. I grew up around medicine and through my high school, I was able to get my first responder certification and deal with hands on emergency medical care during our high school football games. I've always wanted to go into medicine, and getting that experience has only made my passion for it grow.
