The Florida Institute for Pediatric Rare Diseases will celebrate Rare Disease Day with a symposium featuring keynote speaker Eric Green, M.D., Ph.D. Green served as director of the National Human Genoe Research Institute at NIH from 2009-2025 and recently joined Illumina as its chief medical officer. FSU President Richard McCullough, Florida Rep. Adam Anderson and IPRD leadership will also speak at the event, which will also include a roundtable discussion and a poster presentation by IPRD-funded researchers. A reception will follow.
