• If you have received an  IMS Progress Check Hold, please complete this form  in order to initiate your check and have the Progress Check Hold  lifted. Once your check request has been received by our office, your hold will be lifted within two business days.

IMPORTANT: Requesting a progress check is  NOT the same as applying for graduation. These holds are placed on students with 90 credit hours, including current enrollment. Academic Progress Checks inform individual students of what requirements they have left to complete their degree.
