Bridge Students Checklist

1._____Complete Financial Aid section in FSU College of Medicine Admissions Portal (Input SSN)

2.____  Complete 2025/2026 Free Application for Federal Student Aid* (FAFSA)  FAFSA Form (School ID #001489) Please make sure you indicate that you are a graduate/professional working towards a graduate/professional degree.

3.____ Complete 2026/2027 FAFSA* (Application available January 1, 2026)

4.____  Electronically sign the Federal Direct Loan Master Promissory Note (MPN) for Stafford Loans online at FAFSA MPN

5.____ Complete the Loan Entrance Counseling Form (LECF) online at FAFSA LECF

6.____ Complete Student Financial Responsibility Agreementonline via To-Do Listat MyFSU

7.____ Check your To Do List online via MyFSU for outstanding items. If you have outstanding items, submit them to the College of Medicine Financial Aid Office.

Please be advised, if items 1-7 are not completed, there WILL be at least a 2 week DELAY in you receiving your Financial Aid.
